P.P. O’Connor has begun the enabling work package for the final phase of Potato Wharf development in the Castlefield area of central Manchester.
Lendlease Residential will deliver 191, one and two bedroom apartments across two eight-storey high blocks and it will be build-to-rent. Lendlease is known for delivering the successful other Manchester developments The Hacienda, Green Quarter and No. 1 Deansgate.
