P.P. O’Connor has teamed up with John Sisk & Son, undertaking the 25 week basement excavation for the £247 million private rented sector (PRS) Affinity Living scheme, which is part of the £750 million Circle Square development on Oxford Road in Manchester.
Circle Square will be one of the most innovative neighbourhoods in the UK to live. Its masterplan is around 2.3 million square feet and will be delivered over the next ten years. The Affinity Living Scheme is split across two buildings with 16,000 square feet of amenity space and 1,800 apartments.
